Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Associate to join our CNC workshop team. This role involves operating balancing equipment, inspecting parts, deburring, packing, and supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. 1st & 2nd shifts available.

• Setup & operate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors.
• Complete the associated production & inspection documentation.
• Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools.
• Conduct inspections of male and female components to verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• Assist with cleaning, packing, & preparing parts for shipment.
• Maintain a clean & organized work area in compliance with safety & quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth workflow & minimize downtime.
• Participate in cross-training for other shop floor tasks as needed.

• Comfortable using common measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detail.
• Ability to read & follow work instructions & basic drawings.
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to quality & safety.
• Willingness to learn & adapt in a small-team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

This position involves regular physical activity in a manufacturing setting. The employee must be able to:

• Stand, walk, and move throughout the workshop for extended periods.
• Lift and carry parts and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms, including deburring and packing.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
• Work in a moderately noisy environment with exposure to machinery and tools.
