We currently are hiring for our day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.

Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Minimum requirements

• Must be able to demonstrate TIG welding with various types of materials and thicknesses.
• Must have knowledge blueprints and AWS weld symbols.
• Must be able to problem solve as needed.
• Must be able to follow work instructions.
• Must be able to perform quality checks on parts.
• Must be familiar with basic safety operations on the TIG welder.
• Ensure conformance to specifications
• Measure and mark work pieces using calipers, micrometer or other gauges.
• Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth work operations
• Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
• Organize and clean equipment on a regular basis
• Must demonstrate their skills using GTAW and GMAW on standard joints. The three joints tested are butt, lap, and t-joints. This will be done on .030 Stainless, .030 Steel, and .060 Aluminum. These tests will be kept for 6 months after completion.

Base compensation will be determined based on previous experience.

Vacation Program:

Vacation Accrual (Year

• January 1st following your 5-year anniversary 160 hours
