It has a short‑term rehabilitation rating of As Expected and a long‑term care rating of High Performing. It is a very small facility with 25 beds and has non‑profit corporation ownership. Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina - Florence is a part of a continuing care retirement community.

- Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents’ care plans.
- Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift.
- Supervise and direct other care staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
- Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills.
