Shift: 4x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med Surg RN to join our Flex Pool. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit. The role involves assessment, evaluation, and implementation of care plans while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg RN experience.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS and NIHSS are preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
