We are looking for a Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation to provide bedside patient-centered care.

• Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate a treatment plan and achieve goals of the nursing department.
• Maintain overall accountability for assigned patients.
• Assist patients with exercise, provide proper skin care, and ensure appropriate positioning to prevent immobility and skin breakdown.
• Coordinate with the rehab therapy team to provide acute medical management to improve patients' functional skills.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans.

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification required.
