Job Description Summary

MUSC Health - Florence Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our growing practice in Florence, SC on a PRN basis. The provider will work in collaboration with a dedicated Anesthesia Care Team comprised of experienced CRNAs and board‑certified anesthesiologists. This role will focus primarily on major vascular, cardiac, and thoracic anesthesia; it may also include general surgery and ASC cases.

The position is located less than 65 miles from Myrtle Beach, SC.

• Graduate of a program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• For those hired after March 1, 2019, a master’s degree or higher with concentration in Nurse Anesthesia is required
• Insurable by the medical malpractice insurer of MUSC for the required limits

• Must be recognized as an APRN or be eligible, with current license to practice, or eligibility to obtain practice in the state of South Carolina
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from an AHA or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Healthcare Provider are required
