Director of Nursing - Full-Time Days $10,000 Sign on Bonus *Weekly Pay

Location: Florence

Director of Nursing role is essential for supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare unit. The Director will shape clinical services and oversee staff and quality of care.

• Balancing hands‑on clinical and resident care with essential administrative duties.
• Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Overseeing employee health services, including TB screenings, physicals, and drug screens.
• Develop and execute staffing plans aligned with resident needs while efficiently managing daily resource allocation.
• Promote survey process awareness by demonstrating expertise and guiding staff toward informed participation.
• Managing and improving the quality of care, adhering to SC Department of Health regulations, and maintaining certification/licensure standards.
• Contributing to the Vital Living Program to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

• Licensed as an RN in South Carolina
• CPR certification
• 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (Point Click Care  is a plus)
