American Traveler is hiring a flexible RN for an Operating Room position covering multiple service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics.

• Operating Room unit supporting multiple service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics surgeries
• 13-week assignment with a 09:00-21:30 shift schedule
• Weekend rotation required
• On-call participation required as scheduled

• Active RN license (SC or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only)
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Nursys verification required within 30 days of start
• Comfortable performing circulating duties efficiently across varied surgical specialties

• Assess patient needs and deliver nursing interventions consistent with physician-prescribed plans of care
• Complete Safe Surgery checklist verification per service excellence standards
• Prep operating room and position patients for procedures
• Serve as communication liaison between surgical team and patient families
• Delegate and supervise team activities while responding to urgent or emergent situations
• Assist with control and maintenance of OR supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care
