American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Operating Room position requiring circulating experience across multiple surgical service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics.

• 13-week assignment in the Operating Room department
• Day shift schedule from 06:30-15:00
• Flexible RNs needed to work across multiple service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics surgeries
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call participation required as scheduled

• Active RN license (SC or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), AHA only
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Nursys verification required within 30 days of start
• Computer skills for utilizing patient care documentation programs

• Perform circulating duties including operating room preparation, patient positioning, and Safe Surgery checklist verification
• Serve as communication liaison between the surgical team and patient families
• Delegate, supervise, and evaluate other team members while executing immediate interventions in urgent situations
• Assist with control and maintenance of surgical supplies and equipment
• Demonstrate proficiency working within or outside the sterile field as assigned
