Taylor Communications, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Quality Manager to join the York, PA facility. You will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the site’s Quality Management System while partnering with Operations and plant leadership to reduce defects.
You will use root-cause tools such as 5 Whys, 8D, CAPA, and Pareto analysis to drive corrective actions, track quality metrics, and integrate quality into daily production.
