A fusion of elegance and comfort, the DeBordieu Beach Club is one of the latest renovated beachfront dining gems that is perfect for all seasons. With its outdoor screened-in porch, spacious seating, cozy couch area and fireplace, modern high-top tables and luminous bars, this space transcends mere elegance, offering warmth amidst the coastal allure. Two of our newest dining spaces at the Beach Club are Lafayette and Lulu’s, both named after historical figures and aspects of DeBordieu’s rich heritage.

Both spaces feature open kitchens, allowing our talented chefs to showcase their culinary expertise while engaging with the members and guests alike.

The Blue Heron stands as the central hub for beach and pool day essentials, offering a plethora of amenities to enhance the coastal experience for our members. To add on to the overall experience, Blue Heron boasts a wood-fired pizzeria, where members and their guests can savor delectable, customized pizzas, savory wings, and an array of beach-inspired dishes from its diverse lunch menu.

With its comprehensive offerings and convenient location, the Blue Heron epitomizes convenience and relaxation for all beach goers.

Requirements

Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of the dining room. You are responsible for the Beach Club, Blue Heron, and Gazebo. Ensures timeliness of food service. Supervise and train all staff. Manage within budgetary restraints. Develop and implement programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages.
