No restaurant experience is required. A 3-month paid training program and ongoing development prepare you for roles from restaurant manager to multi-unit leadership.

• Restaurant Manager: $65,000 to $85,000 (plus bonuses, including a $6,000 annual bonus for those with a 4-year degree)
• District Manager (2-3 restaurants): promotion typically in 1-2 years
• Division Manager (6-9 restaurants): promotion typically in 3-5 years

• Opportunity to invest in Waffle House stock via payroll deductions up to 10% of income (eligible after 90 days or upon promotion)
• Annual stock options based on income percentage
• Career stock options granted at hire and with each promotion
