This is a part-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate Footwear Lead role based in Florence, SC. In this role, you will lead the footwear sales department, assist customers by identifying their needs and providing tailored product recommendations, and ensure the department meets merchandising and sales standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, participating in inventory management, and delivering outstanding customer service to guarantee a positive shopping experience for our guests.

• Knowledge of products, specifically in footwear, and the ability to explain and recommend the best options for customers
• Experience in retail sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and engage with customers
• Customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience
• Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
