Sam's Club - 200 North Beltline Drive - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and guiding self-checkout;
Process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies;
Secure assets and observe for potential criminal activity; maintain logs and follow safety procedures;
Train and mentor Member Frontline Service associates and support program rollout trainings
