- Respond to all incoming customer calls and walk-in traffic to the industries showroom, greeting everyone.
- Process orders, quotes and supporting documentation associated with sales activities accurately and timely to include credit card payments.
- Receives and disperses incoming mail.
- Log in checks received from print shop and incoming mail.
- Monitor profit/loss report for the frame shop.
- Properly access and resolve customer problems or complaints using the customer inquiry process and established policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the downtown frame shop by coordinating and dropping off and picking up projects weekly.
- Assist external/outside sales representatives as required.
- Enter sales order into database for the sales team.
- Serves as back-up supervisor for the frame shop.
