Retail District Manager

Role Overview:

The position involves overseeing multiple store operations within a designated area, with full profit and loss responsibility. The leader will drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and promote a positive store culture aligned with company values.

• Lead store teams by fostering a mission-driven environment and ensuring adherence to human resources policies.
• Achieve sales targets through effective inventory management and store operations.
• Implement company objectives via strategic planning and execution.
• Maximize team performance through proactive recruitment, training, and development.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention and expense management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities related to merchandising, store growth, and operational efficiencies.
• Communicate divisional priorities clearly to store teams.

• Proven results-oriented leadership with strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and control inventory effectively.
• Experience managing multi‑unit retail operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and adaptability skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

• Minimum of four years retail management experience, preferably with multi‑unit responsibility.
• Willingness to travel weekly using a company vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
