For over 30 years, Dimitra Designs has served three generations of families as the Bridal & Formalwear Destination of the Carolinas. We operate a 15,000-square-foot store featuring 2,500+ garments across all divisions. Our work is a collaborative journey between our consultants, our designers, and our commitment to delivering the absolute best service to our customers.

We are seeking a talented, fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. The ideal candidate understands that their role is to be a trusted guide and fashion expert. You will execute a structured methodology to ensure every bride receives our standard of personalized care and fit confidence.

Please note:

This role requires mandatory weekend availability and prior experience in fashion, apparel, or bridal styling.

Whether you are applying for full-time or part-time, you must be available to work the following weekend shifts:

• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sundays: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Weekday hours (Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) will be structured around these weekend shifts based on whether you are hired for Part-Time (approx. 17-20 hours/week) or Full-Time (35-40 hours/week).

• Execute the Standard:
  Guide clients through our structured appointment methodology, relying on role intelligence and fit confidence to create a personalized yes-moment for every client.
• Style with Expertise:
  Act as a trusted fashion advisor, using your deep knowledge of form, fabric, and fit to select gowns that match a client's vision and flatter their figure.
• Achieve Sales Goals:
  Drive sales by expertly navigating the selection process, building value, and confidently closing sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Create the Complete Look:
  Elevate the experience by styling clients from head to toe, expertly pairing gowns with the perfect veils, jewelry, and accessories.
• Build Relationships:
  Manage your client portfolio from the initial appointment through to the final fitting, fostering trust and supporting our multi-generational loyalty model.
• Master the Craft:
  Develop a deep knowledge of our designers and our vast inventory—including our 1,000+ bridal gowns in stock—to provide world-class expertise.
• Support the Team:
  Assist with visual merchandising, maintain the presentation of our 36 dressing rooms, and support the entire team in creating a seamless customer journey.

• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  1+ years of experience specifically in bridal, fashion, or apparel retail is required. (
  
  Please note:
  
  Logistics, warehouse, grocery, hardware, general retail, or food service backgrounds without specific fashion/apparel experience will not be considered).
• Sales Driven:
  Proven experience working toward and achieving sales goals in a retail environment is required.
• Weekend Availability:
  You must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• Polished & Professional:
  You have an impeccable and professional personal presentation.
• Tech-Savvy:
  You are comfortable with basic computer and point-of-sale systems.
• Team Player:
  You have a positive, supportive attitude and thrive in a collaborative environment.
