We're looking for a motivated sales professional to expand our commercial customer base by connecting businesses with HVAC maintenance and service solutions. You'll work directly with property managers, facility leaders, building owners, and other decision-makers to uncover opportunities and develop accounts that can produce recurring business for years to come.

You'll take ownership of developing new commercial business while building relationships that extend beyond the initial sale.

• Generate new opportunities through proactive commercial prospecting
• Connect with facility managers, property managers, owners, and other key contacts
• Visit commercial properties to evaluate customer needs and gather information for proposals
• Recommend preventative HVAC maintenance and service solutions
• Develop and present customized maintenance proposals and agreements
• Manage follow-up activity and move opportunities through the sales process
• Convert new relationships into recurring maintenance and service accounts
• Stay engaged with customers after the initial sale to identify future service and replacement opportunities
• Partner with dispatch, service, and operations to ensure newly sold accounts transition smoothly
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, proposals, and active accounts

We're looking for someone who is comfortable creating business rather than simply waiting for leads to arrive. The ideal candidate knows how to start conversations, earn credibility with commercial customers, and stay persistent throughout a longer B2B sales cycle.
