Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with badge checks, sign-in processes, and/or directional support when needed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
