The Co-op Group is seeking an experienced Head of Risk for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports a hybrid working pattern and can be delivered over 4 or 5 days, leading enterprise risk, loss prevention, health & safety and compliance strategies.
A key focus will be a comprehensive handover of risk, compliance, loss prevention and health and safety functions as part of the merger transition. Strong regulatory exposure is essential.
