Job Responsibilities:

• Plumbing installation for new mobile/modular homes, including bathtubs, toilets, and water heaters
• Work primarily on mobile and modular homes, with opportunities in residential and commercial projects
• Routine maintenance and remodeling for owned properties

Requirements:

• Construction and repair experience, with a basic understanding of plumbing and carpentry
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Own hand tools (larger tools provided)
• Experience or background in construction or mobile homes
• No physical issues preventing climbing ladders, crawling under homes, working on roofs, lifting heavy items, or working in extreme temperatures
• Ability to work well with others; no temper issues
• Background check and drug test required
