Maintains various types of building and mechanical systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, automation, medical gas and fire protection systems;
Log equipment performance readings as assigned;
Perform Preventive Maintenance Measures;
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies;
Review Work Orders daily and complete tasks/repairs by Type/Priority
