C P TEK 1 LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Florence, SC. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in the field, solving real‑world technical challenges and delivering exceptional service to customers. • Perform on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and completed work
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and field documentation
• Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to prioritize and schedule service calls
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or a related hands‑on technical role
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in varying environments and conditions
• Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus
