Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience

Quality Service Company is looking for an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join our growing electrical team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, interacting with customers, and completing quality electrical repairs and upgrades, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

In this role, you'll handle residential and light commercial electrical service calls throughout our service area. You'll diagnose problems, recommend solutions, perform repairs and installations, and make sure each customer receives professional and reliable service.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Replace and upgrade electrical panels, breakers, circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting
• Perform service upgrades and electrical work for remodels, renovations, and additions
• Diagnose electrical concerns and explain repair options to customers
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and job specifications
• Complete work according to NEC requirements and applicable local codes
• Assist with generator installation and service when needed
• Maintain accurate job notes, service records, and material documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, contractors, and office staff
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned service vehicle
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Support and mentor apprentice electricians when appropriate

• At least 3 years of residential and light commercial electrical experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and blueprints
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Ability to pass required pre-employment background and drug screening

Experience with panel upgrades, whole-home surge protection, generators, remodeling projects, permitting, inspections, and HVAC electrical controls is a plus.
