LEM Trucking is hiring Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road position that delivers consistent miles, no touch freight, and a dependable schedule designed to keep you earning throughout the year.

Drivers typically run 2,500 to 3,000 miles each week pulling dry van freight across established lanes. Most freight requires no driver handling and includes a mix of drop and hook loads along with scheduled live loading and unloading. Freight remains steady, helping reduce downtime and keeping your truck moving.

Average weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 depending on miles and performance. Drivers become eligible for guaranteed pay after 30 days, and quarterly pay reviews provide opportunities for regular income growth.

Home time is every other week, and the schedule also includes six additional days off each month, giving drivers extra opportunities to spend time at home without sacrificing consistent mileage.

You will operate late model 2020 and newer Kenworth T680 tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, power inverters, and driver comfort features that make extended trips more enjoyable.

• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all DOT regulations.

• Operate late model Kenworth T680 tractors with automatic transmissions and onboard comfort features.

• Transport dry van freight with no-touch handling when possible, following established lanes and schedules.

• Adhere to assigned dispatch, mileage targets, and delivery windows.

Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years. Applicants must meet all DOT requirements and maintain a safe driving record.
