Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Earnings: $94,000 – $109,000
- Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $2,100+
- Starting Pay: $0.65 – $0.70 CPM
- Miles:
Average 2,200 – 2,500+ miles per week - All miles paid (loaded & empty)
- Performance bonuses

Schedule:
18 days out / 5 full days home - Consistent lanes
- Steady year-round freight
- Driver-first dispatch team
- Safety-focused operations
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- 8 months OTR, tractor-trailer experience in the last 4 years or 9 in the last 2 years
- 2 months OTR winter driving experience between the months of Dec-Feb.
- Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
