• Guaranteed income:
  Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
• Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.

• Equipment:
  Assigned  Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Assignment policy:

  Tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.
• Programs:
  Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Clean motor vehicle record and active DOT medical card.
• Experienced route:
  At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Entry-level route:
  Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
