LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Florence, South Carolina, offering steady dry van freight, assigned equipment, and opportunities for earnings growth. Drivers average 2,500 to 3,000 miles each week while operating established OTR freight lanes.

Weekly earnings typically range from $1,200 to $1,600 based on mileage and performance. After the first 30 days, qualified drivers become eligible for guaranteed weekly pay. Compensation is also reviewed quarterly, providing opportunities for increases based on individual performance.

Drivers return home every other week. The schedule also provides six additional days off each month, creating more flexibility than a traditional extended OTR schedule while still allowing drivers to build consistent mileage.

A Class A CDL Truck Driver can expect year round freight supported by dispatch coordination designed to limit unnecessary downtime between assignments.

Drivers pull dry van trailers with little to no freight handling required. Loads include a mixture of drop and hook freight and scheduled live load or unload appointments.

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver receives an assigned Kenworth T680 from model year 2020 or newer. Trucks have automatic transmissions, APUs, power inverters, sleeper accommodations, and additional features for extended road time.
