Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Address: Richland, MS
Job Description- Maintain forklift certification and support tasks such as picking, packing/auditing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, and receiving/put away functions.
- Interact with supervisors and staff to reconcile open issues and maintain a positive attitude and team focus.
- Ensure effective communication with all peers in a polite and professional manner.
- Report equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues as needed.
- Actively provide feedback to leads, supervisors, and managers regarding daily incidents.
- Monitor work performance to develop pride in work and maintain a sense of urgency.
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on-site position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of material handling experience in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
