Start your new career as a Warehouse Lead with MAU at Giti Tire in Richburg, SC. As a Warehouse Lead, you will coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

• Coordinate team activities including receiving, picking, auditing, cycle counting, and shipping
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance and safety practices
• Manage daily inbound and outbound schedules foroptimalworkflow
• Maintainaccuratelocation control and inventory tracking
• Ensuretimelyprocessing of Will-Call orders and shipping documentation
• Train and onboard new warehouse employees
• Conduct monthly safety and security inspections
• Resolve discrepancies related to SKU counts and product conditions
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and performance reviews in ADP
• Support document control processes andmaintainupdated SOPs
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments
• Performadditionalduties as assigned by Giti Tire management

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a shipping & receiving or warehouse environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); RF/RFID knowledge is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred (Reach Truck, Sit Down Truck, Order Picker, or Carton Clamp)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 300lbs
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and travel to assist other sites as needed
