• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ months of recent forklift experience
• 3+ months of loader experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable working 12‑hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule, including weekends and overtime
• Willingness to work in non–climate‑controlled environments with prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, and twist throughout the shift

• Clear trailers of trash and debris before loading
• Manually move and load thousands of car tires per shift
• Inspect trailers for foreign materials or structural damage
• Report unsuitable trailers and labeling issues to the Load Controller
• Follow loading patterns from specification sheets
• Load tread code tires and remove damaged or unreadable tires
• Stage pallets and load poles as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a shipping & receiving or warehouse environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); RF/RFID knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification preferred (Reach Truck, Sit Down Truck, Order Picker, or Carton Clamp)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and travel to assist other sites as needed

• Coordinate team activities including receiving, picking, auditing, cycle counting, and shipping
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance and safety practices
• Manage daily inbound and outbound schedules for optimal workflow
• Maintain accurate location control and inventory tracking
• Ensure timely processing of Will‑Call orders and shipping documentation
• Train and onboard new warehouse employees
• Conduct monthly safety and security inspections
• Resolve discrepancies related to SKU counts and product conditions
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and performance reviews in ADP
• Support document control processes and maintain updated SOPs
