Vacation Pay (based on eligibility guidelines)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Warehouse Laborer to join our team. In this entry‑level, hands‑on role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This physically active position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast‑paced environment.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks/trailers using manual methods, pallet jacks, and (when certified) forklifts
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists/purchase orders for accuracy and damage
• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations following proper procedures
• Pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment (including building stable pallets when required)
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with maintaining accurate stock records
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, shrink wrap machines, etc.) safely
• Report any damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
• Assist with other general labor tasks as needed to support team goals and production targets

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not always required)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods (8–10+ hour shifts)

• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory software
• Prior warehouse experience
