- Support QVC's inbound or outbound operations and maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
- Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
- Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while expanding warehouse capabilities.
- Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve operational insights.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; prefer retail/e-commerce and apparel experience.
- Experience developing and managing 30+ team members.
- At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment
- Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.
Demonstrates expertise in warehouse operations management, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality while utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for operational insights. Proven ability to develop teams and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and delivery.
