Fulfillment Center Team Member

• Receive, unload, sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Process customer returns, including scanning, sorting, and returning items to the correct inventory locations
• Use handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and computers to complete tasks accurately
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed based on business priorities
• Report to an Area Manager
• Help keep the fulfillment center running safely and efficiently
• Work a consistent 40-hour set schedule each week for the Full Time schedule, or a minimum of 30 hours per week under Full Time Flex

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 0–6 months of warehouse experience preferred; no prior experience required
• Ability to work a full shift and overtime as needed
• Ability to maintain attendance in accordance with company policy
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Onsite work at the Florence Fulfillment Center daily
• Relocation assistance is not available
