Summer Leadership Program

Overview

Wiss is seeking motivated college freshmen and sophomores to participate in its Summer Leadership Program at our Florham Park, NJ office. This immersive, in-person experience is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of public accounting through hands-on, interactive workshops. Participants will explore tax, audit, and advisory services through real-world scenarios and collaborative activities, while engaging with professionals across the firm.

The program provides valuable insight into career opportunities at Wiss and helps students build a strong foundation for future internships and careers.

• Program Dates:
  July 28, 2026 – July 30, 2026
• Three-day, in-person program held at Wiss' Florham Park, NJ office
• Full attendance is required for all scheduled sessions and activities

• Enrolled in an accounting, finance, or related business program at an accredited college or university
• Available to attend all in-person workshop sessions at Wiss' Florham Park, NJ office
• Curious about and interested in exploring a future career in public accounting
