Client Overview
Our client, a property accounting firm in the Florham Park Area, is growing rapidly and hiring for a Property Accountant to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate$135 - $150k
Position OverviewThe Property Accountant will join an existing team of 8 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities.
Responsibilities- Manage the property and tax return accounting.
- Assist with the month and quarter-end close.
- Process the CAM reconciliations monthly.
- Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary.
- Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing.
- 6+ years of experience and strong commercial real estate experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Yardi.
- Team player approach.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
