Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire) - Immediate Start

Florham Park, NJ (Onsite)

Overview

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on AP Clerk to join a small, collaborative accounting team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start (as early as this week) and offers strong long-term potential, excellent benefits upon conversion, and a flexible daily schedule.

Position Highlights
  • Full-cycle Accounts Payable within a Quick Books Online (QBO) environment
  • Support 4 related entities in a streamlined, paperless workflow
  • Process ~150-200 invoices monthly through a centralized AP inbox
  • Manage approvals via Panda Doc (Docu Sign-style workflow)
  • Handle document management using Foxit
  • Own invoice entry, approvals, and check runs end-to-end
Schedule
  • 35-hour work week (7-hour days)
  • Flexible hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with Quick Books Online
  • Comfortable managing moderate invoice volume independently
  • Familiar with electronic approval workflows and AP inbox management
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to own the AP process from start to finish
Salary & Benefits

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
