Client Overview:
Our client, a property accounting firm in the Florham Park Area, is growing rapidly and hiring for a Property Accountant to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:$135 - $150k
Position Overview:The Property Accountant will join an existing team of 8 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities.
Responsibilities of the Property Accountant:- The Property Accountant will manage the property and tax return accounting.
- Assist with the month and quarter-end close.
- Process the CAM reconciliations monthly.
- Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary.
- Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing.
- The Property Accountant will have 6+ years of experience.
- Strong commercial real estate experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Yardi.
- Team player approach.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
