Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire) – Immediate Start

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands‑on AP Clerk to join a small, collaborative accounting team. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with an immediate start (as early as this week) and offers strong long‑term potential, excellent benefits upon conversion, and a flexible daily schedule.

• Full‑cycle Accounts Payable within a Quick Books Online (QBO) environment
• Support 4 related entities in a streamlined, paperless workflow
• Process ~150–200 invoices monthly through a centralized AP inbox
• Manage approvals via Panda Doc (Docu Sign‑style workflow)
• Handle document management using Foxit
• Own invoice entry, approvals, and check runs end‑to‑end

• 35‑hour work week (7‑hour days)
• Flexible hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Experience with Quick Books Online
• Comfortable managing moderate invoice volume independently
• Familiar with electronic approval workflows and AP inbox management
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to own the AP process from start to finish
