This is a small CPA firm dedicated to work‑life balance. Outside of tax season, staff work a 4‑day week; busy season hours are capped at around 50, with employees typically leaving by 5 pm. The position offers flexibility for hybrid work.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review 1040, 1120S, and 1065 tax returns.
- Conduct year‑end accounting and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with clients using Quick Books Online.
Family‑owned, run by two CPAs with more than 30 years of client relationships. No audits or lengthy meetings. Focus on quality tax work.
