Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

We're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting function and help Finance operate as a strategic partner to the business — driving accuracy, efficiency, and insight as we scale.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements and accurate reporting across the organization
• Lead tax compliance (federal, state, local, sales/use) and manage external audits, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Drive working capital initiatives — DSO improvement, inventory turns, treasury/cash forecasting — and oversee AP, AR, and fixed assets
• Partner with FP&A and department leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Turn financial data into clear executive narratives and leadership-ready presentations
• Lead ERP optimization, automation, and finance process modernization
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting team, coaching talent and establishing strong succession planning
• Support due diligence and integration for potential acquisitions

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus); CPA strongly preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years leading finance/accounting teams
• Background in a regulated industry (manufacturing, medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or similar) strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and internal controls
• Strong ERP and reporting skills; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
