Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support the Banking and Real Estate Departments in its Florham Park Office.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Draft, format, proofread, and prepare correspondence and letters using Microsoft Word and other office applications.
- Send, track, and manage outgoing packages via Fed Ex.
- Scan, copy, and electronically file documents in accordance with firm procedures.
- Prepare and assemble closing binders, including organizing and compiling required documentation.
- Convert PDF documents into editable Word documents while ensuring formatting accuracy.
- Communicate and coordinate with title agencies and other external vendors to obtain and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and file maintenance.
- Provide additional administrative support and perform other related duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational, as well as the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines. The candidate must maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. The candidate must be able to work independently and as an integral member of the practice group.
Job-related experience is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and other office applications is required.
The annualized salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
