As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting.

You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team, you are expected to work with nCino and Salesforce platforms on configuration, customization, and integration. As a Manager, you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are expected to be accountable for making sure project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience

• Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems preferred
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce App Builder and or Salesforce Platform Developer, and experience with nCino or relevant certification preferred
• Experience in the banking sector and/or commercial lending
• Managing onshore/offshore agile delivery teams
• Working with nCino and Salesforce platforms
• Defining and delivering scalable technical solution architecture
• Building integrations with third party systems
• Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment
• Possessing experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks
