Sr Lead Product Manager

In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market. You'll deliver market-leading solutions that simplify payroll and compliance for small businesses, freeing them to focus on their passions.

We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing boundaries are essential. Whether collaborating with engineering and design teams, managing a strategic partnership, or presenting to stakeholders, you'll act as the guiding voice connecting market needs with product strategy. You'll anticipate client and business challenges and inspire cross‑functional teams to deliver. You love evangelizing your product and can communicate with confidence and clarity.

To excel in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team’s efforts, and deeply understand what problems your customers are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams, understand the rhythms of product delivery cycles, and are adept at creating and prioritizing product roadmaps. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.

• Experience
  :
  You'll have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8‑10 years of progressive experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.

  Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity, analyze complex problem spaces, and approach problems with curiosity and a drive to understand.
• Collaboration & leadership
  :
