Description Manage all aspects of sitework construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors. Oversee project progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and municipal offices to address project requirements and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including permits, change orders, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all construction sites. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly. Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and other project-related expenses. Manage and mentor site teams to foster a productive and efficient work environment. Experience in managing construction projects, particularly in sitework within the property industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple aspects of construction projects. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and municipal offices. Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and budgets. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments.
Job Offer Compensation & Benefits (All Roles) Bonus: ~10% (paid in December before Christmas)
