Social Media & Graphic Design Intern

** About the role
** This is a part-time, in-person internship based in our Florham Park, NJ office, with an expected schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.  The Social Media & Graphic Design Intern is responsible for executing the company’s social media strategy and managing its presence while supporting a variety of graphic design and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, visual storytelling, and creative content.

The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing creativity with brand standards and can take an idea from concept to polished content.  
** Key Responsibilities
** Social Media Management
* Execute the established social media strategy, managing the company's presence on Linked In, Instagram and Facebook.
* Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
* Write captions and assist with developing creative concepts for posts, reels, stories, and other social content.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages when appropriate, and help maintain a positive online presence.
* Track basic social media analytics and provide insights on content performance.  Graphic Design & Content Creation
* Design graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing requests and other company needs.
* Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity, branding, fonts, colors, and overall aesthetic.  
** Qualifications
* ** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and visual content creation.
* Intermediate graphic design skills.
* Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
* Comfortable navigating Linked In, Instagram and Facebook, with an interest in social media trends.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader team.  Portfolio or examples of previous design and social media or other creative work are encouraged but not required.

The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).

Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: 20.58 - 27.36 USD per hour
