Client Support Coordinator
As a Client Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping daily operations and long-term projects running smoothly while ensuring top-tier service for our clients. Some days will be predictable, while others will require you to pivot quickly and tackle urgent priorities—flexibility is key! We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a good team-first attitude.

- Monitor Support & Services inbox for client inquiries related to Sage Intacct, Acumatica, and Sage Legacy Products troubleshooting.
- Respond efficiently to customer email follow-ups / phone calls
- Create service tickets/cases in Connect Wise/Certinia for consultants and clients.
- Maintain and update client contacts in Connect Wise Manage / set up new client profiles in Connect Wise Manage.
- Serve as a liaison between multiple departments.
- Monitor cases post assignment to ensure customer follow-through
- Monitor expiring Ongoing Support projects and create new projects as needed
- Grant internal environment access to consultants as needed.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred.
- Detail-oriented nature;
Project Management familiarity and/or experience preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 12pm-8pm EST (West Coast preferred)
- Familiarity with professional business workflows.
- Solid communication skills, with strong follow-up and follow-through.
- Experience with Salesforce or Certinia is a plus.
