Receptionist – JLL, Florham Park, NJ
What This Job InvolvesAs a Receptionist at JLL, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization, creating exceptional first impressions for guests, employees, and visitors and maintaining smooth daily operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrival, office orientation, and departure while maintaining a warm, welcoming personality regardless of volume or time of day.
- Track and manage all visitor traffic including vendors, visiting employees, and guests; print visitor badges and coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors.
- Manage parking and vehicle logs, records, and coordinate event guest arrivals with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, packages, and mail while maintaining accurate records and efficient distribution.
- Support employee on‑boarding and off‑boarding tracking processes in collaboration with team members.
- Multi‑task efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all front‑desk operations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in guest services, develop best practices, and create streamlined processes that enhance the overall guest experience.
- Minimum 2 years of previous customer service related experience.
- Fluency in English and local language with excellent professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi‑task effectively while maintaining consistent, elevated guest experiences and accuracy.
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Physical ability to adequately perform required job functions including lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and moving in a manner that performs tasks safely and in accordance with approved methods.
- Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and high volumes of guests.
- Demonstrated confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Passion for creating experiences that go beyond expected service standards.
- Initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions without prompting.
- Personal knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities to help guests feel welcomed and productive.
- Experience supporting facilities management or annual management plans with key performance indicators.
- Ability to perform ad hoc facilities assignments as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple administrative systems simultaneously.
Florham Park, NJ – On‑site. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Estimated Compensation$45,400.00 – $65,600.00 USD per year.
