Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company ERP system;
Prepare and distribute commercial invoices, packing slips, and related shipping documentation;
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, pricing, product availability, shipment tracking, and general inquiries;
Coordinate with Accounting, Service, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction;
Review orders for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
