• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Support each child’s social and emotional development.
• Establish positive and effective family relations.
• Work with classroom teachers and the entire faculty to support students.

• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Is dependable and adaptable, enjoys working together toward a common goal.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and properly lift infants into and out of a crib for infant and young toddler teachers.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.
